K.Srinivas Reddy (Head of the Company)

As a leader of the company he always (24X7) gives first preference to the customer. Some may think that he is a quiet, unassuming man. Although that may be true, there is another reason for his lack of verbosity – he's always thinking and planning. Always! He has an illustrious career spanning over 32 years, 15 of which have been spent in service. His areas of responsibility with SI include design-build projects, initial job set up, manpower scheduling, schedule compliance, foreman training, and total project quality management. Among his hallmark traits include his ability to execute a plan seamlessly, and his well-earned respect and admiration of SI employees. A consistent and valued part of the SI management team, he is well known for his supportive and nurturing nature, along with his philosophy of "action speaks louder than words." With a strong work ethic instilled in him by his father, he parlayed that first job into a remarkable career spanning over 23 years of professional experience in industrial and highly technical projects. He has actively managed and developed critical systems, process controls and alternative energy solutions. He has fostered teamwork and creativity by providing the support, experience and framework necessary to achieve and maintain the high level of quality and technical service our customers expect.

CH.Vijay Kumar (Head for Karnataka Region)

A graduate engineer and heading Bangalore branch taking care of Bangalore, Belgaum and Goa clients. His sunny disposition, "can do" attitude and attention to detail make him a natural fit for our culture here at SI. He has more than eight years commercial and industrial experience. He is very personable and particularly enjoys troubleshooting and helping customers with their electrical problems.

  

S Satish Reddy - Engineer

Having reaped a rich experience of around 2 years in engineering field he is hard working and interested in innovative things. His ability to bring a project together and manage it through completion is an amazing thing to watch. He is active in the formation of working drawings, design-build conceptual plans, and all phases of pre-construction.

  

S Srinivas Reddy - Site Incharge

Having reaped a rich experience of around 15 years in errection & construction field. He is hard working and committed to give his best. Inspiration to his co-employees and he always encourages them to get the quality output from the various projects. He is active in the development of client solutions

  

A Ravinder Reddy – Manpower Administrator

Having served the various private industries he has earned vast experience in various types of administration areas. He is always an asset to the company with his experience and knowledge. He has specialized in man power recruitment and handling. He has vast experience in retail outlet operations.

  

V.Srinivas Rao

Basically he was into purchase but over a period of 15years he has become all rounder in our team. He works very hard and devotes his time for the company development. He is also an asset to SI. He really understands the importance of competent and dependable contractors. He excels at building rapport with clients, vendors and co-workers and is an excellent communicator. He has been primarily responsible for building and expanding the transportation business for many of the companies where he worked.

  

Shesho Kulakarni

He joined SI team in 2005 and mingled very fast. With his experience in chemical plants he is very valuable engineer to our team since we work for various petroleum industries. He is known to be a natural problem-solver. He works with a goal of prevention in maintenance. He looks forward to his continued growth with our company.

  

P Praveen Reddy

He has joined the company from the inception of SI. He is energetic and responsive, consistently displaying a passion for solving problems. His contribution to the growth of SI is profound. He is exceptionally gifted in his ability to provide the most comprehensive and cost-effective solutions. He as a lead electrician on special projects he is now vital to our company.
